Richard Dallalana is an orthopaedic surgeons with a focus on arthroscopic reconstruction of the shoulder for sports injuries and rotator cuff tears. He performs shoulder joint replacement for arthritis using computer-assisted surgery.

Richard completed his undergraduate medical degree at the University of Melbourne in 1993, then trained at St. Vincent’s Hospital. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a member of the Australian Orthopaedic Association.

Further post-graduate orthopaedic training was undertaken in both Canada and England in sports medicine, shoulder, elbow and knee surgery.

He is host of a shoulder and elbow fellowship training program, co-ordinator of clinical research in private practice and with Melbourne university, and a design and educational consultant to industry.
